Quantitative Yeast & Mold in Hemp QC CRM Part #CMQC-085

Designed for method validations for the quantitative determination of Yeast and Mold in hemp.  Sample supplied as a 2 pack of vials, each vial contains 1 gram of hemp.  Hemp is inoculated with both yeast and mold and may have combined counts above 100,000cfu/g.  Simply add sterile hydration fluid, such as broth or water, and mix to homogenize.  We recommend vortex mixing for 10-30 seconds after contents are rehydrated.  Applicable to cultural techniques.  Not suited for PCR based methods alone. PCR must be performed alongside plate methods for accuracy.  This product contains living microorganisms and must be shipped cold chain and stored in a standard freezer.  Store at -20°C to -10°C.  Product COA is available for download. read more
