Qualitative Shiga Toxin E. coli STEC in Edible PT Express Part #CMPT-029B

A five sample set in edible.  At least 2 of 5 samples will test positive for one of the target microorganisms: STEC serotypes O26, O45, O103, O111, O121, and O145.  Acceptable evaluation requires at least 4 of 5 recorded correctly with no false negatives.  Can be used for cultural and molecular analytical methods.  Store at -10°C to -20°C.  This PT is suitable for compliance with BCC and Florida as well as other USA states’ statutory requirements.
