Product Description
This PT sample set is designed for the determination of pH and Titratable Acidity (to pH 8.3 end point) in dairy. The PT sample is provided as 2 x 100 mL bottles for convenience. PT instructions are provided within the shipment of your samples and copies are available online during the study open period. Results will be reported online using our PT Datalink. This proficiency test will be available during the quarterly Food Science PT Studies. The product is perishable and will be shipped express with non-toxic frozen packs in a cooler. The product requires cold storage upon receipt.
