Designed for quantitative determination of Total Coliforms and E. coli in the range of 500 CFU/gram to 500,000 CFU/gram.  Sample is provided in duplicate so you will receive two vials per order.  Each sample supplied as 1 gram hemp inoculated with target microorganisms.  Can be used for cultural test methods and molecular testing when a Ct to CFU/g standard conversion is provided.  This PT is suitable for compliance with State Cannabis and Hemp Regulatory requirements, specifically California BCC and Florida Statutory Requirements among others.
