A single sample for quantitative determination of Heterotrophic Bacteria by plate count or MPN methods.  Sample derived from E. faecalis( NCTC 775) at an activity level of 5-500mpn/mL after dilution in supplied hydration fluid.  Sample taken from previous Interlab PT study and accompanying COA contains  study statistics.
