Product Description
Product used by food testing labs as a PT to verify evaluation of Gluten concentration in food products such as grain flour. Sample is one 4-ounce jar containing 50 grams of powdered food matrix. Product ships and stores at ambient room temperature. PT instructions are provided and are available online. Results will be reported online using our PT Datalink. This proficiency test will be available during the quarterly Food Chemistry PT Studies.
